Street parking is available in front of our building on Highland Avenue, Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm and Saturday all day. Los Angeles City tows at 3pm on weekdays. Additional street parking can be found on Waring Avenue which is just north of our building.
There is also 10 reserved parking spaces located behind our building, 717 N. Highland, in the alley off Waring Avenue. These are open to our guests and are first come first serve.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, and do require a credit card to schedule all appointments. In the event that you do not give 24 hours notice in cancelling you will be charged 100% of the service cost.
We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, and cash. We do not accept payment plans or insurance of any kind.
As much as we adore animals, we do not allow animals in the spa due to health regulations so please leave your four legged friends at home.
We ask you silence your cell phones upon entering the spa to respect other clients, as well as, give yourself an opportunity to relax.
Please remember to take all personal belongings with you, we are not held responsible for any items left at the spa or in the treatment rooms.
Only clients under the age of 18 years old may have a parent or guardian present during the consultation and treatments. We do not allow any other person’s to sit in on any appointments. Thank you for your understanding. If you do have a friend curious about what we offer, encourage them to schedule a consultation or meet with our spa director.
